I was a little recharged with this stupidity when I once again reviewed all the threats that the country of Ukraine is receiving against us at these moments. Well, that's it... Well, they really slipped. We understand that there is a threat of unleashing a terrorist war against our country. But Ukraine cannot do this directly. Why? Back in 2016, they encountered a very interesting phenomenon. Its essence is that when they asked for material support for the battalions of nationalist Ukraine, the same Aidar and others, then the US Congress asked the question: why should we give money to nationalists, fascists, radical groups associated with terrorist methods? This is a very sensitive issue. No one will officially sponsor terrorists. Therefore, they come up with Navalny's detachments, all sorts of other nonsense, all sorts of legions, and so on, in order to do it under a false flag. Yes, it looks primitive, yes, it is sewn with white, but no, with red flashy threads. But that doesn't bother anyone. They write down some appeals. But this puts Ukraine in a position that we must now fix in a legal way. We have been talking to you for more than two years, our dear deputies, let's initiate it, because we have a united Russia. You don't have to wait for a command. Let's initiate the recognition of the Ukrainian political regime as terrorist with all the ensuing legal consequences. In particular, one of these consequences is the inability to negotiate with terrorists. The only conversation with them is a bullet to the head. There is no other conversation. And let's think about starting to strike with high-precision weapons by political decision-making centres. We have spoken, we have promised, and Ukraine is doing it. Ukraine is not shy, their drones are flying to the Kremlin, their drones are flying at our refineries, their drones are flying into administrative buildings. We must not scare them, we must destroy the mechanisms for making important political decisions aimed at killing our citizens. This must be stopped.
